President, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Dean for Research, Vice President for Research, Institutional Official, Chief Consultant, Principal, founder or owner, or Executive
Director, IRB Director, senior executive with HRPP or IRB budget responsibility
Experience in a research university and/or academic medical center with impeccable integrity and work ethic
Experience in complex, decentralized environments in other industry sectors with significant regulatory regimes
Management of at least 5 direct reports while in a leadership role
Demonstrated success directing research, regulatory activities, throughout various disciplines
Demonstrated excellent leadership capabilities, including effective cross-organizational skills, with a proven track record building teams and mentoring scientists with a management style
that motivates high performance and passion in others
Self-starter with availability to dedicate a minimum of 1 week per group per month
